Expérience 49 invites everyone – from the age of 8 upwards with no age limit – to take part in its springtime creative intergenerational workshops.

Participation requires no prior artistic experience or physical ability, only an open mind and curiosity! The workshops are part of the research and development of the film Venu et Parti, produced by Expérience 49 and created by its artistic director Maresa von Stockert. Together with participants of diverse backgrounds and ages, she playfully explores the themes that inspire the film: notions of family and identity, and the inevitability of constant change, as we and our environment relentlessly evolve with age and circumstance.

Maresa von Stockert directs the workshops, using gestures, movements and everyday objects, sound, and the surrounding architecture in a way that provokes the imagination and reflects on the themes of the work. Participants are empowered to explore their own creative voices, whether he/she wants to contribute solely to the research, go further and play a role in the film (during the summer of 2024), or simply take part in a single workshop to try something new.
